(4) your personal consumption data, such as records on recharge channels you use, recharge amount, recharge time as well as in game currencies you exchange

(5) materials provided by you for the Company or for any market survey and match organized by the Company.

Within the scope of special services, Crush: Choose Your Romance will require you to provide personal data (especially data on yourself and contact information). If you fail to provide designated personal data needed within the scope of individual services, Crush: Choose Your Romance may be unable to provide all services you need. All the information we collect are ask below:

3.1 As set out below in more detail, we use and in specific cases combine that information to operate, tailor content, personalize and adjust and improve our Services, and to send you messages or personalized information about our games, your scores, new features and more, including for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with your preferences.

Information You Give Us: When you register for and/or use our Services (for example, when you create an account to access our Services, populate your in-app profile, communicate with other users of our Services (e.g. through in-game chat or forum posts), contact our customer service or participate in any sweepstakes, contests or promotion), we collect and store any information that you give us. This information may also include information you provide through single-sign-on processes (such as through Facebook), including account name or account number (e.g. your userID), email address or other identifiers needed to link your online account with our Services.

Creation of a Crush: Choose Your Romance account. We will collect certain information from you during the registration/ sign-up process for the Services. This may include information like your name, locale, phone number, or email address.

Your content. Our Services may allow you to create, upload or share content such as text, images, audio, your profile information (such as your avatar name and appearance) or other content you create when you play our games or otherwise use our Services,

Facebook Connect, Game Center, and Google+: You may be able to log in to our Services using sign-in services (“Social Login”) such as Facebook Connect, Apple’s Game Center, or an Open ID provider. These third party Social Login platforms will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name or email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Social Login platforms like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on our Services to your profile page on such Social Login platform to share with others within your network.

We may collect and record information through the relevant Social Login platform in accordance with the policies and terms of that Social Login platform. The information we collect when you connect your user account to a Social Login platform may include: (1) your name, (2) your Social Login's user identification number and/or user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the Social Login's user identification numbers for your friends that are also connected to Crush: Choose Your Romance game(s).

Invite a Friend: Crush: Choose Your Romance may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts from a Social Login platform (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in Crush: Choose Your Romance games and/or you can invite them to join you in our games. Such contact information will be used only for the purpose of sending the invitation to the addressee(s).

Interaction with Customer Service: We may collect your email address and any other personal information you provide to us when you contact our customer service or otherwise communicate with us.

Forums, Sweepstakes, Contests and Surveys: We may also acquire information from you through (1) your access and participation in forums or in game chats on the Services, or (2) your participation in surveys regarding the Services. We may also provide you the opportunity to participate in a sweepstakes or contest through our Service. If you participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these sweepstakes and contests are voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes your contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code or equivalent). We use this information to administer the sweepstakes or contest and to notify winners and award prizes. We may use a third party service provider to conduct these sweepstakes or contests; in such case, that company is prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose.

Information Collected Automatically: When you interact with or use our Services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your use of our Services. This could include information such as your, browser type and language, IP address, device ID, hardware and software information, advertising ID, gameplay data, standard sever log information, your connections and interactions with other users, purchase histories with us and social media data (if you have linked your account and in accordance with your sharing permissions). We (or the third parties we work with) use standard tracking technologies (like log files, software development kits (SDKs) and web beacons) to do this. In addition, we or our partners may also use tracking technologies and advertising IDs to serve personalized ads to you in our Services. Mobile Platforms: When you play or otherwise use any of our mobile games or applications, we or third party partners will collect and process certain information about you, including your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, device maker, media access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), the type and version of your operating system (“OS”), language of the OS, your unique device ID, your time zone, the screen size of your device, mobile device Advertising ID (known as “IDFA” for iOS devices, or “Android Advertising ID” for Android devices), your general geolocation information (city/country based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address) and your email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends so that we can improve and personalize the Services for our users. Device identifier / information such as device type, hardware model, device maker, device operating system and its language or other technical data like screen size, or combination of this data, is also collected and used to determine device compatibility and optimal settings. User ID: When you register to use the Services, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Services. Specifically, this unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the Crush: Choose Your Romance games you are playing.

Game Data Collection: We collect gameplay information about how you use and play our games. For example, we automatically collect data such as your game session time, your in-game interactions (including with other players, where applicable), in-app purchases that you may make, resource events such as the acquisition or spend of in-game virtual currencies by you, progression events that are used to mark your progress or movement within the game (e.g. achievements) and install timestamps. This information may be associated with your user ID, IP address or device ID for the purpose of providing you our Services and improving and personalizing them, or to make inferences regarding your preferences, predispositions, behavior, abilities and aptitudes. With your consent, we will also collect your exact or precise location so that we are able to match you with other players in your area.

Mobile Analytics: Like most mobile applications, we use mobile analytics tools to collect certain information about your usage of our mobile applications and games, as well as on your device and the health of our Services to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Services on your device and for app optimization purposes. Such tools may record information such as how often you use the application or game, feature usage, gameplay and usage statistics, events that occur within the application or game, aggregated usage and performance data, and where the application or game was downloaded from (i.e. which application store).

We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any information that personally identifies you within the mobile application.

4. How will Crush: Choose Your Romance collect your personal information

The collection of information by Crush: Choose Your Romance is aimed to provide better services for all users. Such information includes some basic information (e.g. the language you use) and complicated information (e.g. your game-playing preferences).

Crush: Choose Your Romance will collect the information in the following ways:

(1) The information is provided by users for Crush: Choose Your Romance. You need to register an account of Crush: Choose Your Romance before using services of Crush: Choose Your Romance. When you are registering an account of Crush: Choose Your Romance, Crush: Choose Your Romance will require you to provide personal information, e.g. your name, e-mail address, phone number or credit card number. If you want to make full use of all sharing functions provided by Crush: Choose Your Romance, you may need to create the personal information publicly presented on Crush: Choose Your Romance, including your name and photo.

(2)Tracking Technologies

We and our third party partners, affiliates, or analytics service providers use standard tracking technologies (like web beacons, SDKs, APIs, scripts and tags) to identify your computer/device, to “remember” things about your visit or your use of the Services (such as your preferences or a user name) and to help us understand things like, what pages and features you use and the games you play.

Such information may be linked to or combined with other personal information we process about you, such as your user ID, for purposes such as improving the quality of our Services, tailoring recommendations to your interests, providing and personalizing our Services including making our Services easier to use, and for fraud prevention, security and authentication purposes.

(3)Interest-Based Advertising

Some of our Services employ ad-serving technologies that use cookies, clear GIFs, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other similar technologies to deliver interest-based advertising to you about third party products and services. We may via our third party advertising partners, also advertise our Services to you on third parties’ websites. You may also see our games advertised in other services (like on Facebook). After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing our game, you will become a user of our Services.

When you play our games or otherwise use our apps, some third party tools (SDKs) integrated within our Services may collect and use certain information collected from your device for the purpose of ad display and optimization. Such information includes GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOS devices), region (i.e. the location where a given language is used), geo-location information (with your consent) and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third-party advertising partners, as they have their own privacy policies, which are accessible using the links provided below. We have no access to or control over such third parties. In addition to identifiers, these third parties may also collect information relating to:

Advertisements served and the location of the ad;

Length of time an advertisement was visible;

Domain type, IP address, size of the advertisement; and

Click-throughs (i.e. whether a click was made on the ad) and advertisement response.

They use this information (alone or in combination with information they have collected about you when you use third party websites or services) to: (i) enable the technical delivery of ads to your device and to verify click-throughs and/or installs; (ii) provide you with more relevant ads about our Services (for example, to present you with an offer for one of our games you might enjoy); (iii) enable offer walls, which allow you to choose from various rewarded ad or market research offers; (iv) track results and measure the effectiveness of ads; and (iv) improve the accuracy of their targeting and measurement systems. Please note: adjusting your preferences as described in this section does not mean you will no longer receive advertisements, it only means the ads you do see will be less relevant to your interests. Our advertising partners will also still use your device’s advertising ID to serve you with ads that may be less relevant to you; for example, we may use this for frequency capping (in other words, to control the maximum number of times you see the same ad from us). You may also reset the Advertising ID associated with your device by following instructions provided by your device manufacturer or operating system developer.

(4)Analytics Technologies

We use our own game servers and third party analytic technologies to collect information about how you use our Services, your computer or device and the health of our Services.

For instance, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), on our Services. Google Analytics uses cookies or other tracking technologies to help us analyze how users interact with and use the Services, compile reports on the Services’ activity, and provide other services related to our Services’ activity and usage. The technologies used by Google may collect information such as your IP address, time of visit and whether you are a return visitor. The Services do not use Google Analytics to gather information that personally identifies you. The information generated by Google Analytics will be transmitted to and stored by Google and will be subject to Google’s privacy policies. For our mobile apps and games on iOS and Android, we use the services of Adjust GmbH (Saarbrücker Str. 37a, 10405 Berlin, Germany). We use the Adjust SDK (Software Development Kit) which is an analytics service that provides us the ability to obtain and collect statistical data on the usage of our games and apps so that we can better understand how our users are using our games and apps. 5. How to ensure the accuracy of personal information collected by Crush: Choose Your Romance.

Crush: Choose Your Romance will take all reasonable and feasible steps to ensure the accuracy of the personal data of users collected. In consideration of your account security, Crush: Choose Your Romance strongly suggests users to use the said function to confirm that relevant address has been input correctly.

6. How will Crush: Choose Your Romance use your personal information

Crush: Choose Your Romance may use the personal data provided by you in any of the following circumstances:

(1) dealing with and managing services for your recharging, or purchasing or exchanging props and other articles via Crush: Choose Your Romance;

(2) completing online services provided by you via Crush: Choose Your Romance and/or platform customer services (including online customer self-service system, customer call services and customer service e-mail);

(3) Crush: Choose Your Romance providing actively or according to your demands the latest information on products and/or services of Crush: Choose Your Romance, including prompts of on-site e-mails and SMS;

(4) using the personal data for market promotion, publicity and customer management, for example, providing users with the information on the latest special offer and promotion activities of products and services of Crush: Choose Your Romance as well as making market researches;

(5) confirming and verifying your identity before providing any services and products for customers;

(6) replying to your inquiry;

(7) facilitating Crush: Choose Your Romance or subsidiaries, associated companies and/or other business partners thereof charging product and service fees, including verifying credit card data with a third-party institution and verifying the personal data provided by users with the fraud affair database of the Company or any third-party institution;

(8) meeting requirements of rules or laws to disclose materials to any third party;

(9) improving transaction security, including verifying the personal data provided by users with the fraud affair database of the Company or any third-party institution to prevent risks of credit card frauds;

(10) providing user data for associated companies, subsidiaries and or other business partners of Crush: Choose Your Romance so that relevant companies and institutions can deal with the aforesaid work or provide relevant services for you;

(11) using unidentifiable data of users from time to time to design a better app for you and/or improve products and services of Crush: Choose Your Romance. Crush: Choose Your Romance may also disclose such data, which are unable to identify any individual identity, to any third party.

Except the aforesaid purposes, without prior agreement of users, Crush: Choose Your Romance will not knowingly or intentionally use or share the personal data provided by you in app for any purpose out of the scope of the aforesaid uses of disclosure.

Please further confirm that in any of aforesaid circumstances, data provided by you may be transferred to a place other than the Chinese Mainland. Without your prior agreement, Crush: Choose Your Romance will not disclose your personal data to any third party for the purpose of market promotion.

7. Information publicity and presentation

Crush: Choose Your Romance provides users with interaction setting options of issue of member data. You may independently make choices according to your demands in the app of option settings, and set whether to make public your name, e-mail address, gender, date of birth, correspondence address, work unit, graduate university and other data; when you finish the registration of an account of Crush: Choose Your Romance, your nickname, gender, location, situation of games played and personal signature will be pre-set as open, and other individual identification data will be set by you as open or not after you fill in them.

Owing to different service contents, your head portrait, nickname, location, the game played recently and other public information may be made public or presented at the home page, official game websites and social websites of Crush: Choose Your Romance.

8. How to obtain or change personal data

You may require obtaining and changing your personal data collected by Crush: Choose Your Romance. Crush: Choose Your Romance may charge reasonable fees for data required to be disposed of.

9. Protection of privacy right of children

Crush: Choose Your Romance emphasizes very much the security and protection of collection and use of personal information of children. Once you state your child status, Crush: Choose Your Romance will not collect or save any of your identifiable information, such as your name, address or phone number. Meanwhile, Crush: Choose Your Romance will not share the personal data of children with any third party, or deliberately send any e-mail about direct business promotion for any user having stated child status.

Crush: Choose Your Romance suggests that a child should seek opinions of his parent or statutory guardian before taking part in any online activity or providing personal data.

10. Endeavor to keep personal data confidential

In order to ensure the personal data collected are accurate, prevent unauthorized gain of the personal data and ensure correct use of the personal data, Crush: Choose Your Romance has taken proper hardware, technical and administrative measures to protect the personal data collected by Crush: Choose Your Romance.

For example, Crush: Choose Your Romance has adopted industrial standard encrypted information channel – SSL on the Internet, in a bid to guarantee the security of the personal data collected in the process of transmission on the Internet. When you input any sensitive data, for example, credit card data, such data will be automatically converted into passwords before transmission to the Internet to prevent data loss. All electronic personal data saved by Crush: Choose Your Romance are safely stored and further protected by proper consultation and monitoring of Crush: Choose Your Romance. In disposing of the personal data, documents containing the personal data may be safely destroyed, and electronic archives containing the personal data will be deleted permanently.

Additionally, with the view of protecting some personal data better, you cannot enter into some scope of Crush: Choose Your Romance or manual service channel, unless you provide confirmed and verified personal identity data, such as your account of Crush: Choose Your Romance and password, or log on the platform by your user account number and password.

11.2 Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, Crush: Choose Your Romance may disclose the personal data of users to any third party in any of the following situations:

(1) required by laws or any court order or responding to any search warrant or any other legally valid inquiry;

(2) disclosing the personal data to any organ of survey;

(3) executing any agreement between Crush: Choose Your Romance and users;

(4) required by any judicial authority or administrative authority based on legal procedures;

(5) explicitly agreed by you

(6) Crush: Choose Your Romance believing that disclosure is stipulated by laws or it is necessary to disclose the personal data in any other respect in order to establish legal claim or plea, in order to obtain legal opinions, exercise and defend legal rights of Crush: Choose Your Romance, guarantee property rights or interests of Crush: Choose Your Romance or associated companies and subsidiary affiliates or guarantee the life, body or properties of some person. If Crush: Choose Your Romance believes on a reasonable ground that relevant personal data can confirm, contact or accuse any person damaging property rights and any other interests of the Company intentionally or in any other respect, or any person may suffer damages because of that, Crush: Choose Your Romance will disclose such personal data.

If Crush: Choose Your Romance decides to sell, license or outsource some product to any third party, Crush: Choose Your Romance will transfer the private information of users to the third party at the same time, so that users can continuously obtain services of and information on the said product, which may minimize the influence on users. In similar situations such as merger, acquisition, restructuring and bankruptcy of the Company, any data of relevant users held by Crush: Choose Your Romance will be transferred as assets to a successor of Crush: Choose Your Romance or a designated party.

Please note the personal data collected or obtained by Crush: Choose Your Romance may be transferred to the judicial jurisdiction with the guarantee for the personal data provided less than that of the judicial jurisdiction you belong to. Users' submission of the personal data for Crush: Choose Your Romance or use of any website of Crush: Choose Your Romance means that they understand and agree about the aforesaid transfer.

12. Revision of the Privacy Policies

Crush: Choose Your Romance will post any revision of the Privacy Policies together with effective data of revised policies on relevant web pages of Crush: Choose Your Romance, so that you can know at any time how Crush: Choose Your Romance collects and uses your personal data. If Crush: Choose Your Romance decides in any situation to use your personal data in a way greatly different from that stipulated in the Privacy Policies applicable when you submit your personal data according to prevailing policies, you will receive a notice and have an opportunity to select withdrawal or reject Crush: Choose Your Romance's use of relevant data through the website or an e-mail or in writing.

At any time, you have the ultimate decision-making right and control right for the personal data stored by Crush: Choose Your Romance as well as the information obtained from Crush: Choose Your Romance. Crush: Choose Your Romance will occasionally send e-mails on the latest products and services of Crush: Choose Your Romance or other publicity or promotion e-mails, or notify you of the latest preferences for some online services ordered by you. When Crush: Choose Your Romance sends a publicity and promotion e-mail to you, Crush: Choose Your Romance will grant you an opportunity to choose whether to receive such e-mail in future.

If you decide not to receive the latest publicity or promotion e-mail sent by Crush: Choose Your Romance, you may change your requirements according to instructions on withdrawal choice in the e-mail or by contacting the customer service employee of Crush: Choose Your Romance.

The personal data provided for or collected by Crush: Choose Your Romance are mainly monitored by Crush: Choose Your Romance.

15. Data retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. (2) any dispute between a user and a third party, who uses the personal information of the user in any circumstance set out in the Service Terms and Privacy Policies of Crush: Choose Your Romance;

(3) any consequence incurred by force majeure affecting normal browse of networks such as a computer system problem of a user, hacker attack, intrusion or breakout of a computer virus, and temporary website closure due to government regulation, including but not limited to the leakage, loss, theft or alteration of the personal information of the user;
